Blackened Salmon Salad

Blackened Salmon can be served many ways. Follow the directions to prepare the salmon and serve on a bed of lettuce garnished with tomato.

The reason this lettuce and tomatoe looks so good is because it was also grown here in South Florida. Of course I don't catch the salmon here but we do have plenty of fresh seafood available at the market here.
