Buttermilk Panfried Grouper

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Grouper marinated in buttermilk gave the fish a mild flavor. It really tasted great and not fishy.

Ingredients

Grouper
Buttermilk
1 Tsp Tobasco Sauce
Italian Bread Crumbs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

The fish needs to be filleted as thin as possible. This makes it more tender and adds flavor. Sprinkle the Tobasco sauce over the fish.

Then put the fish in a dish and cover with buttermilk. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes.

Then dip the fish in the italian bread crumbs and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
