Grouper Stuffed Squid



For those that like Calamari you may enjoy this Grouper stuffed Squid.


Ingredients

1 lb Grouper
15 Squid - Calamari
¼ cup Mustard
½ Onion chopped fine
4 cloves Garlic
½ stick butter
¼ cup Dry White Wine
1 tsp Dill Weed
Flour
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Peppercorn
Salt

Sauté onion and garlic with butter in medium skillet.

Cook till tender then add Mustard, Dry White Wine, Dill Weed, Salt and Peppercorn. Remove and put in a separate bowl.

Slice the Grouper smaller than finger size about 2 inches long. Dip the Grouper in the sauce then stuff in the Calamari. Roll the Calamari in flour and add Extra Virgin Olive oil to the skillet then cook Calamari until golden brown.
