Hog Snapper with Butter Sauce


Hog Snapper has a very fine white flesh and considered a favorite among the anglers. The average catch is about 1½ to 3 pounds.


Ingredients

Hog Snapper
Olive Oil
Italian Bread Crumbs
Butter
Salt & Pepper
1 clove Garlic
Baby Bella Mushrooms
1 tbsp Parsley
1/2 cup Rice Viengar
4 tbsp White Wine
3 bay leaves
1/3 cup chopped onion
Mozzarella Cheese
Spinach Fettuccini


Saute' mushrooms in butter until tender and set aside. In the same skillet saute' onions with garlic and buter until tender.

Then add ground black pepper, parsley, rice vinegar, white wine and bay leaves, simmer 5 minutes.

Cook spinach fettuccini as directed.

Brush olive oil on fish then sprinkle generously with italian bread crumbs and add salt & pepper. Bake fish at 275 degrees for 15 minutes.

To serve place spinach fettuccini on platter top with fish and then add mushrooms and saute' mixtuer. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and heat till cheese melts.
