Ingredients
2 lbs Mutton Snapper
1/2 cup Jack Daniel's Honey Dijon Mustard
1 cup Mojo Marinade
1 onion chopped fine
1/4 stick butter
ground peppercorn
Morton's Sea Salt
Saute' the onion in butter until tender then mix all sauce ingredient's together in saucepan. Cover bottom of baking dish with sauce then place fish in the dish. Pour remaing sauce over the fish and then bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
