Mutton Parmesan


Mutton Snapper is tender white meat and excellent prepared with your favorite spaghetti sauce.


Ingredients

Mutton Snapper
Italian Bread Crumbs
1 egg
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Mozzarella Cheese
Spaghetti Sauce

In a small bowl the mix egg and milk. Dip the fish in the egg mixture then press Italian Bread crumbs all over the fish. Add salt and pepper as desired.

Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook fish in skillet until golden brown.

Place the fish in a casserole dish. Sprinkle mozarella cheese on the fish then add the spaghetti sauce and top with more mozarella cheese. Serve with pasta on the side if desired.



If you are interested in making this delicious spaghetti sauce it is best if you make it the day before. Reheat and serve the next day.

Ingredients

3 cans (28oz) Hunt's crushed tomatoes
1 large onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
4 cloves garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Basil
4 tbsp Oregeno
2 tbsp Parsley
6 Bay Leaves
Salt & Pepper

Saute the onion, green pepper and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add the remaining ingredients. Let simmer for several hours.



As you can see below there are several variations of Snapper. Three Muttons, Two Yellowtails and one Vermillion Snapper. All of these muttons are excellent
to eat. Of course the silver fish is a Kingfish.
