Mutton Snapper with Mustard Sauce


Mutton Snapper is great however you decide to prepare it. This recipe is a little tangy!

Ingredients

1 lb Mutton Snapper
1/3 cup Mustard
1 onion finely chopped
4 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup Dry White Wine
Italian Bread Crumbs
1 egg with milk
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper


Saute' onion and garlic in butter until onions are tender. Then add mustard, dry white wine, salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat until it thickens.

Dip the mutton snapper in the egg mixture then cover with italian bread crumbs. Cook in a medium size skillet with extra virgin olive oil on medium heat until golden brown. Remove from skillet and serve with the mustard sauce. Great with wild rice and vegtables.
